Alliance provides real-time hotel booking technology for web marketers, large branded web sites, corporate sites, and travel agencies to give them additional revenue opportunities presenting and selling accommodations at hotels worldwide. With over 74,000 hotels in our database and rates from over 15 separate sources including hotel-direct rates, Alliance provides the industry's best turnkey solutions for our partners. TRAVEL AGENT PARTNER PROGRAM

Using standard GDS systems like Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and others puts travel agents at a distinct disadvantage against large online travel agencies like Expedia, Travelocity, Hotels, Orbitz and others. To counteract the high margins available to these competitors of our travel agent partners, Alliance is offering access to high margin merchant and commissionable inventory through a private-label agency portal. Agents using this “agents only” site can add mark-up and service fees to reservations; per reservation or set standard mark-up and service fees for all reservations. And unlike other “Host Agencies” that mark-up their net rates up 10%-15% before passing rates to their agents, Alliance passes the actual net rate plus a small flat processing fee to our travel agent partners for consumption And for commissionable inventory, Alliance simply passes the agency IATA number directly to the hotel for processing direct to our travel agent partners.

GROUPS/TEAMS PROGRAM

Alliance has once again been a pioneer in automating the way groups and teams make accommodation arrangements. All a tournament director or group coordinator needs to do is answer a few simple questions about the event and Alliance does the rest.

Alliance creates the event template with our partner's look and feel which includes access to negotiated block inventory, real-time rates and availability, online booking and customer service, and interactive geo-coded maps with “hotels nearby” the venue. Alliance does all this by automatically inviting the appropriate hotels through their proprietary online automated RFP process. Once the hotels submit their rates and availability, the tournament director or an Alliance negotiator can select the winners or continue to negotiate for lower rates or more inventories through our simple-to-use application.

And, when the winning hotels are selected, Alliance creates call-to-action buttons for the tournament or group web site and participation emails templates that can be sent to all participants resulting in a very user-friendly experience for our partner's participants. In addition, Alliance has the only online hotel booking system that allows participants to “hold” rooms without credit card information and then forward booking emails to their team or group members. And most importantly, with over 1 million reservations processed, Alliance has the leverage, relationships and technology to collect the commissions from the hotels.

And for those companies that arrange housing for events, Alliance offers a licensing agreement to allow our Partners access to use these valuable tools to make the whole process of taking care their participants a breeze. To learn more -

CORPORATE ACCOMMODATIONS PROGRAM

Traditionally, companies have used brick-and-mortar travel agencies to book their hotel itineraries. Today, with access to so many travel web sites, many corporations are using the web to book their own itineraries. With this in mind, Alliance has developed a new corporate accommodations program that guarantees the lowest rates on the web for over 55,000 properties and gives our corporate partners an additional INSTANT discount of 5% off these already discounted rates. We believe if the business is willing to find the right hotel at the right price using our technology, why not offer them discount for doing our work!

Now companies can search, sort, or filter list of hotels to find just the right hotel that meets their company’s needs and save the company money in the process. We also provide our corporate partners with access to an online admin tool to track all reservations made past and present by your employees. This allows our corporate partners to better track and help control their travel cost.

Coming the summer of 2009, Alliance is introducing a brand new way for Road Warriors to book their hotel rooms, keep their hotel loyalty points and earn Cash Back rewards using one site with the guaranteed lowest rates. The site www.roadwarioclub.com will require a login and password to view over 75,000 hotels worldwide and cash back rewards associated with each property.
