Once the negotiated hotels are added to the site, the application creates call-to-action buttons for the tournament or group web site and participation email templates that can be sent to all participants resulting in reservations. In addition, Alliance Reservations Network has the only online hotel booking system that allows participants to place rooms “on-hold” without credit card information and then allows the group or team representative to forward a custom email to their team or group members to book rooms out of the “on-hold” inventory.
